I’m Brad Allan and welcome to my website. I left United States permanently in 2023 to begin my dream of living in Italy. Like many people, my wife Olivia and I enjoyed traveling to Italy for many years. As we got older and closer to what could be retirement time, I began thinking of Italy as a way to improve our retirement lifestyle. I don’t think I’ll ever truly retire in the classical sense… I was searching for something better and more economical than paying high taxes for property and income plus ridiculous healthcare expenses that we had in Texas. Every day is not perfect here, but we’re trying to carve out a better and more healthy life. We welcome you on our journey!

I use my YouTube channel to disseminate information I have learned about doing business here in Italy. It’s really not that hard to buy properties here as you don’t even have to be a resident or citizen to do so. I also use my YouTube channel to showcase properties that I find interesting that are being listed by agents that I trust. All the agents that I deal with must have strong English skills which I think is very important for a seamless transaction here in Italy for my mostly English-speaking viewers.
