I have personally bought over 20 homes and 200 apartment units. I know what to look for in both the condition of the building and also the location itself.

Finding someone to check a property for you in Italy that can speak your language and find out the things that you want to know can be a difficult task. I am happy to travel to wherever you need a property or properties inspected, check them out and make a video diary of the whole process. Individual Guided Property Tours

Perfect if you are interested in coming to Italy to view properties for a few days days or even a week and gain some deep knowledge of the different markets. I’m happy to accompany you on your journey!

I have over 20 years experience remodeling apartments and homes in the United States. I’ve already completed the purchase of over €2 million worth of properties for myself for the tourist rental market. I have very good contacts in Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio. I’d be happy to be a second set of eyes for you anywhere in Italy. My rates for this service vary depending on the number of days, the locations in Italy, and number of properties viewed. Virtual and In-Persons meeting

Virtual meetings with Brad give you an opportunity to ask unlimited questions in a casual environment at your convenience. There is very few limitations on subjects we can cover and I will bring a wealth of knowledge to the meeting. The only topics off limits except for generalities is immigration and taxation. These are very important topics best left to professionals to discuss.

Use the contact form to begin the process to set up a time with Brad to meet. 1/2 conversations are €90 ($100), and full hours are €180 ($200).
